There has been so much snow here in Virginia for the past 3 months. I don't think I've ever seen this much snow! Since I'm stuck inside for another weekend I decided to go through my files and I found some photos I had forgotten about! Here are some from a trip I took to Santa Fe a few years ago with part of my family. I really loved the architecture there. It's just so different from anything you see on the east coast. The landscape and mountains are also beautiful. On this trip I decided not to bring my digital camera and only use film. One of the cameras I brought with me was a Holga, which is what these images were taken with. I love the imperfection and element of the unknown that the Holga brings. Because the lens is plastic, parts of the image are sharper than the others and can also cause vignetting.
Looking at these and remembering the warmth makes me wish Spring would get here soon!
